McCarthy Quality Homes is focused on delivering a quality product, regardless of the scale of the project, or the level of expenditure involved.

Our focus on quality is achieved by:

• Consistency of labour : our core team of skilled tradesmen have been working together for over a decade, initially on the Herons Wood development in Carrigaline (650 residential units) and latterly at  Forest Hill  (over 100 units to date).
• Use of quality materials from reputable suppliers. During recent years there has been a trend towards importing cheap substitutes from emerging markets. In most cases these products do not have a long history of use in Ireland, and have not undergone sufficient testing before being introduced to the market. We use only materials which have been Agrement certified by the NSAI. This certificate ensures that a product has been rigourosly tested and is fit for use in Irish conditions.
• Constant on site supervision. Quality can only be achieved by constant on site supervision and attention to detail. We manage each project on a daily basis and pride ourselves on doing the small things right. We believe that it is this attention to detail and a passion for what we do that produces a quality product which we can be  proud of.
