This scheme is designed to encourage homeowners to improve the energy performance of their homes by upgrading the levels of insulation, and improving the heating system, either by installing a new boiler or improving the controls of the existing system.

The level of grant aid is considerable and can go a long way towards offsetting the cost of any work undertaken.

We are registered to carry out the following work

• Roof insulation (max grant €250.00)
• Internal wall dry lining (max grant €2,500.00)
• Boiler replacement/ Heating control upgrade (max grant €700.00)
