About Us

McCarthy Homes Ltd is owned and managed by Cian McCarthy, a native of Carrigaline, Co Cork who now lives in Nohoval. Cian is a third generation builder whose family have been building in Cork since the early 1960's.

After graduating from U.C.C. Cian worked with Astra Construction Ltd on their Herons Wood development (650 houses) and most recently oversaw the construction of over 100 high quality homes at their Forrest Hill development.

Cian is passionate about building and that passion is evident in the quality of the finished product.

When working in the Cork countryside we are conscious of building in a style that is respectful of our architectural heritage. We create homes that are modern and comfortable and relate well to their surroundings.
